Robert J. Spitzer

Robert J. Spitzer is distinguished service professor of political science emeritus at SUNY Cortland and adjunct professor at the College of William & Mary Law School. He is the author of six books on gun policy, including “Guns Across America: Reconciling Gun Rules and Rights,” “The Gun Dilemma,” and “The Politics of Gun Control.”
