Jeremy Biddle

Jeremy Biddle is the director of violence reduction at the University of Pennsylvania Crime and Justice Policy Lab and special advisor on the Group Violence Reduction Strategy to Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott and Police Commissioner Richard Worley. While in city government, he led the design of Baltimore’s strategy and continues to guide its implementation.
